We try to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch each order within 1 - 2 business days. After dispatch your order will arrive within 24 hours. However, it is possible that your order will be slightly delayed due to delays with our courier services. Unfortunately we have no control over this. After placing your order you will automatically receive a track & trace email from us. Via the track & trace code you can follow the delivery time of your package. We know how important your order is. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.

We offer a one time exchange for items you are unsatisfied with your order (Example: It doesn’t fit; meant to order a different color). All exchange requests must be received within 7 days of receiving your order. Once you have shipped the item for exchange to us, we will ship the new item to you at no cost.
