RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means if you don't love something you can send it back to us within 30 days of the original order date.

Fienix Clothing is not responsible for shipping costs.

All returned items must be unused and sent back in it's original packaging so they can be resold.

You'll be refunded as soon as your package is accepted by our returns department. Once it has been accepted it can take up to 5 working days for the money to reach your original payment method.

EXCHANGES

We offer a one time exchange for items you are unsatisfied with your order (Example: It doesn’t fit; meant to order a different color).

All exchange requests must be received within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once you have shipped the item for exchange to us, we will ship the new item to you at no cost.

We will not accept items that have signs of wear or stains.
