Shipping policy

We try to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch each order within 1 - 2 business days. After dispatch your order will arrive within 24 hours. However, it is possible that your order will be slightly delayed due to delays with our courier services. Unfortunately we have no control over this. After placing your order you will automatically receive a track & trace email from us. Via the track & trace code you can follow the delivery time of your package. Did you not receive a track & trace email? Check your spam folder first! Is there also no email to be found? Please contact us at hello@fienixclothing.com.

Currently we only ship to Belgium. For international orders please contact us at hello@fienixclothing.com.

TRACKING

We know how important your order is. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office. We will always do our best to assist you, but however, Fienix Clothing does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit.

COST

From €75 shipping is always free! Is the total amount of your order lower than €75, then you pay €5.95 per shipment for delivery in Belgium.
